A final year project utilising the brief from the Bee Breeders architectural competition for Sleep Pods at the Vale de Moses yoga retreat.
The brief was for sleep pods which could be constructed on the mountain rock slopes of the Vale de Moses that cannot be used for food cultivation. Pod are to be cost effective, environmentally responsible and energy efficient with minimum underground construction.
Each pod should include:

Sleeping zone of approx 16m²

Storage space of approx 3m²

Shower and toilet facilities
